That's just nectar. It's fine. Just leave it there. If you are fortunate enough, that nectar will attract a pollinator and maybe you can get seed pods.

i see but isn't nectar the actual liquid? What kind of plant is it growing out of? Is it a weed and do you know what that plant will eventually turn into? I kinda don't want pollinators it's and indoor plant and I rather not have moths/ bees flying around lol

Well yes I know that the plant is a snake plant. But you stated that it seemed to be nectar correct. My question was does the actual vine looking part have a name or is it just a growth containing nectar. Anyhow thanks for the answers!

The "vine" part is called a stem, the flowers are obvious coming off the stem. The nectar is produced by the flowers to attract pollinators. The stem, flowers and all is called an inflorescence.

I looked harder this time and see what i thought was a hanging plant is an a very tall, upright Dracaena! Poor observation skills on my behalf.
