This is a Chinese Chippendale railings, which we handmake, from solid wood or PVC, and ship around the country. Starting a about $75/ft. Yes, our products can be primed and painted, like any other wood product. Our solid PVC does NOT feel like the cheap hollow core, plastic. I tools and paints just like wood.
