My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is this called and where can it be found please?

We're looking at a basement remodel and not wanting to put in a door and stairs. This looks like a great option. I'd love it if you could share details.

    it's an egress window in case of fire. They are mandatory where I live.
