Need help hanging curtain rod.

I want to hang side panels on the small window to the left of the patio doors and on the front two windows. I have a problem that my crown molding meets my window frames.How would you hand your drapery bar? The windows already have hunter douglas blinds so the panels would be non functioning. Thanks for your input!
