Confused about Septoria

I've been reading about tomato diseases and have looked at so many photos that I'm officially confused. This is a SunGold tomato, which according to what I've read, is supposed to be resistant to Septoria. It was planted on May 22 and it's just now starting to show flowers. It looks very healthy and it's just the bottom leaves. We've had minimal rain over the last couple of weeks. I water from the bottom. Next week's weather forecast is mid 80s/mid 50s most of the week. I've removed and destroyed the infected leaves. Is this Septoria or blight? Or, something else? How can I treat it organically?
