I got this mini rose from a big box store, kept it in the planter, and at the end of the summer I just stuck it on the garden bed (and protected during the winter). It came back, and is very healthy, and I am curious what type it can be. It is s dusty mauve. Doesn't have much fragrance. Forget me nots can be used for scale (and color adjustment).

If it is a Poulsen Roser A/S Parade rose, then it is Lamy. It's a beautiful color.

I cross referenced photos and yes it is a Lamy. Who'd thought a grocery store rose could be such a gem? There are already a dozen buds on it.

I love my grocery store minis. Unfortunately, my Lamy died when when we had a frost. I might try it again sometime. Will you have it in a sheltered location in winter?

It survived the last winter, under some wraps. I wasn't expecting it to do it, but it is a fighter. This year I will protect it even more since I love it so much.

It looks like a lovely colour:) hmm think I saw some Poulsen labelled minis at our version of home depot last summer.. hope they get them back this spring so I can hunt down one of those.
