Phlox are not thriving

  1. I am having problems with most of my phlox. I use a soaker hose to water them and the problem does not seem to be mildew. They have brown dyi areas in the leaves, don't seem to be full or bushy. About 3 pants are OK and the rest looks like the pictures. I sprayed them with Fung-noil starting when they were small in the early spring same as I did fro my peonies and Iris. I don't want to lose them. If I cut them back now will they come again and bloom for me yet this year? Ideas please. Thanks. Guess I can't load my pictures.
