My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Single Santa from seed.

I had one Single Santa about 8-9 years ago. It was one of my favorite plant. It died 2 years ago and I got this one from seed grow. (no graft)

I was away most of June (took 3 small strips back to back. Amarillo Texas, Destin Beach and Michigan in June. and now home sweet home. I saw many blooms in the back yard, but this one stands out.
