I have about 30 pounds of extra annual rye grass. I used some to give temp grass in my backyard from some leveling we did. Since I don't want it as part of my KBG lawn, is there any other use for it?

i could just spread it on another part of my property that isn't the main lawn and just let it do whatever it does.
