My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is not often that I reach perfection, thank you.


    Wall paint

    We used a Benjamin Moore paint, series Affinity, colour Thunder, code # AF-685 in eggshell.

    Trim Paint

    We used Benjamin Moore paint, cloud white OC-130 in semi gloss.

    Ceiling paint

    We used Benjamin Moore paint, colour is Ashwood and the code is OC-47 in flat

    Lucky for me I know live In Canada in fact the lower mainland maple ridge so not that far away after all we may be building in a year or so so will keep you in mind . Thanks Paula
