My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The overall color is Antique White by PPG and the brown was custom blended to match the windows which are dark bronze from Jeld-Wen

    Stunning work in my former hometown :). Thanks for answering these questions! We've got new Milgard Tuscany bronze windows and stucco is starting. How did you trim the windows? Are they 4" Stucco sills? Kindly share size and material for trim around the windows too?

    I guess they were painted to match the window frame?
