Without many more details about your growing methods the best we can do is make semi-educated guesses. The small glass containers are unusual and clear containers are never recommended as roots are negative phototropic.

There are obvious signs of leaf edema which is usually, not always, but usually caused by heavy over-watering. Plus the leaf veins are quite anemic which usually indicates severe nitrogen deficiency. Given the pale coloring of the leaves compared to those others in the photo I would suspect both issues.
