My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We just did a kitchen remodel and choose to go the Ikea way...for our cabinets and quartz counter tops. We took out 2 walls, a powder room, and wanted a 'removable' bar top. Our contractor cost was $25.000 - the rest around $18.000...we went about $7000 over budget....
