Getting a Spathyphylum to flower again

last modified: 10 years ago

I bought one in flower a few years ago and it seems a very easy to grow plant for an Arum, a group of plants I always inagine to be difficult to keep. Anyway it flowered that year but hasnt since. It was repotted last year, dead leaves removed etc and spent its time in a warm, draught free area. I do think it was too shady for it there tho. On a whim I put it outside for the summer (in shade!) and I hope I can get it to flower again.

When repotting it (next year) should I split it up or leave it as a cluster of plants? Also do they have a bulb like some Arums?

Cheers

Larry
