Top does look like cherry peppers, the bottom are habanero type pods, I would see the next few pods when they ripen to check the shape, before writing it off.

You can see what (Shall we call them true?) Scotch Bonnet's look like, click here>MOA Jamaica Handbook on Scotch Bonnet Pepper (C. chinense), on page 33 and the handbook reports:

Characteristics of Grade "A" Scotch Bonnet pepper:

• the classic Scotch Bonnet shape – three to four lobes and the
characteristic cup and saucer shape;

• the peppers should be a minimum of 3.5 cm or (11/2 in.)
wide;

• the length of the pedicel (fruit stalk) should be no more than
3cm (11/4 in.);
• the skin should be completely free from spots, bruises or decay.

I'm not posting these are not SB's but that some have very close phenotype characteristics while some are pretty "off". This is not unusual in today's market as crossing not uncommon.
