Aphids? Have you seen any?

Spraying with a hose each day for a couple of days does the trick, at least it did with mine. My old timer neighbor used to glue a piece of cardboard on a stick and cover it with Vaseline and place the stick very close to her plants to "trap" any insects. This would allow you to confirm that insects are the problem in the first place. Is this the first time you planted morning glories in this spot?

....I'm asking because some folks have had their glories do that after heavy, dry winds.

It may recover in its own. I'm not seeing any browning or discoloration.
