The quilt is a gift from my Grandaughter Jasmine and is my prized packer possession, so it's not going anywhere. If anything I may unfold it and hang it full size on a Yellow wall. The room's brightness is the result of the camera "flash",... with only one 40 watt bulb in the football ceiling light, the room is really dark. But not as dark as what I originally wanted.... 12 feet of a DC9 Fuselage sliced up and rebuilt in the room. My wife put the nix on that ,so does that mean it's not really a Man Cave? But she's happy with the final product... it has a futon for an extra guest room and I'll get a bigger Flat Screen. Win Win.

Wonderful room! Very ingenious! And I LOVE the idea that a man's prized possession is a quilt from his granddaughter.
To make your room darker: get a regular old fashioned roller shade for over the window, and cover it with the same Frog Tape -- after that you'll probably need a flashlight in order to see...

Oh, I like the quilt. I like the whole idea of this room, actually. I love the color palette and the fact that it is such a creative use of space. My thought about the quilt is that I'm not sure the way it is displayed brings out its best qualities. How about putting it on a quilt hanger and painting that red? I'd like to see some balance around the quilt against the green color. Great job, btw. :)

Green Bay Packers and the Tardis all in one room - fantastic! Does the room get bigger when the green bay is playing?

Had to look up Tardis. Mine "Tardis" is just a British Phone Booth, which I fell in love with in London back in the 90's. I was going to build a "facade" of one on one of my double doors, but my wife found a poster (20" x 60 ') that fits perfectly over the "door less used." With laminate, it was only about $35 and is the smoothest shiniest poster I've ever seen.

Serious Packer activity is reserved for my Airstream Packer Mancave, but for SuperBowl XLV I had to move the party inside.... the Airstream was to small and cold.

A red quilt hanger is a great idea for the quilt (and Badger throw) because that wall is the End-Zone and doesn't have the defination of the opposite wall (hash marks and striping) but even the Citroen looks better with a frame. The upper window is a full packer logo but it doesn't show up well until the background glare goes away after sundown.

For the end-zone wall I would try to find some green mats about 3' high to create yourself a "Lambeau Leap" area. Then you could add banners each week depending on which team the Pack is playing that week just like being at the stadium. Anyway you look at it great room. Go Pack, Go Big Red.

The bright colors might not be for everyone but looks like a cohesive design.

Great idea about the mats. Maybe I'll even throw in some seat cushions!!!. Maybe even a blowup of the schedule (not yet out yet) and track "wins" on the wall, not in my Excel spread sheet.) Took down the cheesehead... too crowded... but a pennant or something smaller would look nice there.

Well hopefully they will all be wins so no problem keeping track of that, I've also seen scoreboard type clock weather stations displaying time temps etc. that would probably be a nice addition to the wall. Where you have the cheesehead now, try to find a mini Goodyear Blimp, that would look truly authentic. Now I'm craving a beer and a brat with stadium sauce!

I do have a goodyear blimp....It's about 12 inches long, Ravell plastic with a d-Cell motor that turns the display drum. Default was a NASCAR banner. I'm working on a Go Pack Go banner. It's hanging over the mini-mancave (airplane) door.
