That is pretty standard where I live, but they gave us a date to expect them. Not "soon"! That is totally unacceptable.

You need a date. Unacceptable otherwise. Unless, they are doing you some sort of favor... If I was paying a standard fee for their service and received that response, I would take my $$ elsewhere. Good luck!

Thanks, they keep delaying without a date so far. Last Friday we were told we were at the top of the list so I expected to hear from them Monday. Im off to see them.

Everything is cool. My wife who talked to them on the phone failed to relay pertinent information to me. Now I'm embarrassed and mad at her ;)

Glad to hear the problem isn't the counter guys.
