My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I do like it also but the blooms are short lived. When I started growing orchids I bought the ones that had blooms I liked the most. Not a good idea. Now my starting point is how does the cultural requirements match up with what I have to offer. If the menu of orchid choices was small I could not do that. But as we all know the menu is huge. So Darlene your logic is part of what makes you a good grower!
That is a nice aerides, I would keep it just as a species "thing", many other aerides put on a solid show... how is the fragrance? that is one of the reasons I like the whole group, very fragrance oriented, secondly if you can grow an aerides, you can grow all aerides and it would be a nice group of plants to have... Have never seen this one... Thanks Harvey
