Marble-look hex tile for bathroom?

Hello!

We're in the process of remodeling a duplex where we're living in one unit and renting the other. It's a 1920's craftsman and we love the look of marble hex tiles in the bathroom. However, considering one unit is a rental and people tend to be harder on rentals, I want to stay away from premium materials. Has anyone found a tile that has the LOOK of marble but is more... indestructible?

You can find that at Home Depot for under $10.

That $10/ft. is just the start. I'm pretty sure that floor should be mud-set to ensure it's suitably flat.

That said, nothing looks like that. Get what you want and find a better renter that won't trash your property.
