My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Pink Shake Freelander? Esperance?

Hello- I have moved to a new property and this rose was in the garden. It's quite healthy, and the green edging is beautiful. It appears to have a hybrid tea habit. My best lead might be Kordes' Pink Shake, as Palatine sells it and they're a huge supplier here in Canada. But it doesn't seem to have quite the right form for that. Any thoughts? Thanks very much.

    Very unusual! I tried to do a search but couldn't come up with anything pink with green edges or blending.
