ID for heirloom cane

I just bought this begonia from a nursery where a middle aged woman said her grandfather propagated these. So it must be an old heirloom. The flowers are white with light pink edges and the leaves are narrow, light green, shallowly serrated and spotted. The reverse is also green. Any ideas?

No idea. I guess you could name it after the person you got it from. Maybe you will see another one like it on-line or in-person one of these years and then rename it. I've many unnamed or misnamed begonias myself. Sometimes sellers don't have a name or it was not tagged with the correct name from the grower.
