Senco FinishPro 18: figuring out brad size settings

Well, I've tried to figure out the manual, went online to see if anyone else asked how to adjust the settings, and watched YouTube videos. I can pull the rail out to put brads in...but I can't figure out from the manual how to adjust the depth setting. The instructions and pictures are Greek to me. Any chance someone here has one who can "talk me through it?"
