The budget for this bathroom was as follows: Tile $2200, Vanity $1900, Tub $1500, Toilet $450

Cabinets are semi custom from Cardell (unfortunately Cardell is no longer in business)

Thanks Paisley Designs - should I assume that the costs you gave me were just materials and no labour for install? Looks like if I have 5-6 thousand I can purchase my bigger elements and then should I double the cost for the install (labour)?

From the first and second photo bathroom looks like it is the same layout (and everything) else as my current one. We are in the process of planning the renovation as we want to take out the tub and put in the shower. But I don't see in my bathroom where I would be able to fit both. Would you be able to tell me the dimensions of this bathroom please? Maybe I can manage to put a small tub in after all plus the shower.

The dimensions of this bathroom are 126" (vanity wall) 107" shower wall. We took out the linen closet and built the shower out into the bathroom from there. Then we turned the bath tub and the tub is 60x36. There was a vent on the floor but we shortened the vent and then routed it up into the tub deck. Hope this helps
