Love those pictures from the nursery I'm exacly like that couple of months ago had decided no matter what will not have more than 20roses in the flower beds.

The problem with my plan even tho it was a good plan since I have limited space in the 2flower beds was that I didn't think a nursery can have really big and healthy plants and one beeing brides pride beautifull rose.

Found this rose last week and was so impressed by the general shape and health of the plant that I got 2more from them miss congeniality and Anna's promise dug up some plants and made space.

Now I'm really tempted to get 2 more since one of the flower beds looks empty compare to the one I dug up to plant the 3new roses.

If you could have only 2roses which ones are your all time favorites.

Next year the flower beds will be expanded double size :-) to accommodate my addiction.

Those are all beautiful roses. Going to buy roses is like me in a candy shop as a kid..lol. Just curious what are the names of the roses in the first and second pic?

Unfortunately Othello doesn't do well for me here. This year, mine is like a miniature rose. I was going to sp it but prob will move it somewhere to see if it does better. This is its third year so it is a good indication it is not happy where it is. I had the opportunity to buy it again at a reduced price but I didn't since I didn't have good experience with it.

Marie-rose from Austin? Did you mean Mary rose? If it is, this is a good rose in my garden. It used to be the first to flower in the spring until Evelyn took that spot in my garden this year.

Thanks Guys , Kate I would love to have Munstead Wood I have heard so many good things about it and colour is just amazing but unfortunately not available locally.

Red Adrian – it’s a good addiction to have

JJ peace – the first row is Rose-Marie( white) it’s a sport of Heritage(
look it up on HMF) and Charles Austin and Evelyn> Othello is in there but
you only see the leaves it has one bloom but does not show up in the picture

Vandermeer's is a gardeners paradise. I have not been there in ages. Looks like they had a lot of roses! I know exactly how you feel, I have bought 6 roses in the last week, because they were on sale!

Thank you Kate think I will go with Love song and Munstead wood.

Love the colors in your pictures need some darker shades of color.

I have Moonlight magic at one end of flower bed so Love song will fit perfectly next to it

on the other side and will match Oklahoma with Munstead wood on opposite side.

Any suggestions where to order them from at this time of year .

I'm so Glad I'm not the only one that's addicted LOL. I'm already thinking of my buy..Munstead wood

Nope, you guys are NOT the only ones!!!

Red Adrian--love your new purchase. Gold Medal is gorgeous--I grew it years ago and just want to warn you that mine always got quite tall, so be prepared, just in case.

As to where to order from this time of year, check with Roses Unlimited or Chamblees or maybe Regan Nursery. Or Angel Gardens in Florida. But there are other good places to order from also.

I've heard of Vandemeer but I have not been there before. Is it the one located in Ajax or Whitby?

Yes it's the one in Ajax.

Thanks Halloblondie. I heard great things about this nursery but I have yet to visit. I rarely need to travel far to get roses since I got a few garden centers around my area. But there are times when you just can't find that special rose.
