will this go thru a 36 inch door...in the picture the corners don't seem to meet and something shows underneath...how thick is the top...thank you

Hello --

This table will arrive with the top separate from the stump. The hardware will be included as well as instructions on how to attach the table top.

The piece that you see underneath is a runner that is attached to the table top to keep it from sagging over a long period time.

Everything on this table is made of real wood. The stump is Red Cedar and has many coats of varnish on it for longevity and beauty. The table top is 1.5" thick.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the corners don't seem to meet.
