Serpentine cherry tree question

I have one of these. It's a snofozam weeping cherry which has been contorted into an S shape. The weeping form makes this very pretty.

my question is about how tall and wide this tree can get. Snofozam gets up to 10 ft tall in zone 5a but the trunk of this tree is of course bent. It stands at a bit less than my height. I measured the *total* length of the trunk and it's already over 10' long. Is this its final height?

I'm sorry that I don't know the answer to your question but I wanted to see such an unusual tree. It's hard to tell the shape since the branches hide the S. But thanks for posting the picture and hopefully someone will comment on the size of the tree.

Will probably grow as big as if it weren't altered.

Hey man I love it when people are interested in my trees, no need to apologize! Next spring I'm going to take a couple of the longer scions and graft them to another tree. I'll keep you posted.

I hope to see those pictures. Grafting a scion onto a limb - interesting. I wanting to graft one onto some tree trunks here, but I didn't think it would take. I guess I could have tried. I hope you post pics of next year's progress.

My plans are to do a dog topiary in the ground. Just got to get all the prep work in place.
