Hi stscsf. The awnings are from Rolltec. They use motors from Somfy. See Rolltec here http://www.rolltecawnings.com/products/adalia-extreme-x3m/ and Somfy here https://www.somfysystems.com/residential/outdoor/awnings.

thank you so much. Looked like it was manual with the crank on the side. will take a look. so you had to install both separately?

Hi stscsf. Both manual and motorized versions are available through Rolltec. Rolltec can put together a package for you if you describe your needs to them.
