Scots Pine Seedling Pruning/Shaping Advice

I dug up a dozen Scots Pines two weeks ago from a ditch near my parents' home and many are quite fantastic as bonsai specimens. However, then I have this curious-looking fellow here, and I'm quite stumped as where to begin with any initial training, so I was hoping to solicit a few suggestions from others on here.

What can you recommend for styling and shaping? I know pines are supposed to make lousy brooms but that's just what this one looks like!
