My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Previous comments show ""The floor is white oak, sourced locally and custom milled to random widths to match the rest of the house. I believe it has either a clear or very light stain, also to match the rest of he house."" That is a very high or select grade Plain Sawn Oak floor.
