You did not say where you are and what zone you are in.

Down here in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, the leaves should be fine but, I notice that the plants perform better with afternoon shade.

A shopping center near me has several potted sasanquas in several stages of sun from afternoon only to almost all day to part morning only. They do fine there but I would expect that your sasanquas may have shock on the first summer and their leaves may show signs of too much sun. If so, feel free to get some shade cloth. If small enough, cover them with something so they get a break in the afternoon.
