Head exploding over Blum hinges

My husband asked to change the door design to our original choice and it turns out that we can only get boring for A cup due to the design.

I was planning on 170 degree hinges and 1 3/8 full overlay but now the hinge boring threw that out.

Deciphering the Blum catalog to figure out what fits is a nightmare. It's written in a convoluted, confusing language and charts that's actually worse than IKEA.

It looks like the compact hinges fit but they only go out to 110 and you have to plan in fillers or just 1/2" overlay to open the door.

This throws out the drawers roll out I've installed.

Right now I'm poring over the Clip hinges to figure out their boring requirements.

Yuck and double yuck over another last minute hiccup.

I can only give encouragement, breathe, leave it for a few minutes and dive back in. I am sure you know, as frustrating as it is, it always works out! Right now we're moving electric because we (well me) hadn't planned on having cabinets there.....P.S. I don't do electric DH does, oops!

beachem, I figured you'd be making your own custom hinges? Just kidding, you'll get through it!

@ Stan LOL. I almost had to chop off part of my hand when I was fiddling around with the IKEA hinges and closed part of it on my palm.

That sucker was so tight. It took two people and an hour to pry it open. I will have many scars and physical problems to remember this remodel by.

I don't know if this will help you feel better, but the 170 degree hinges are huge clunkers when closed. Not what I'd pick to go with roll out drawers.

@oldbat thank you. Just talked to Blum this morning. I can use the 155 hinges that I calculated out but I need to redo all the dimensions of the doors to accommodate and it will be a bit weird since everything is 1 3/8" overlay except for the doors.
