My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Price difference between this and the coffee table

Why is this only 10 dollars less than the full size coffee table that it matches with? Its smaller with much less materials needed.

    Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our sellers set their own prices and shipping fees. Perhaps the coffee table was on sale recently. Currently the price difference is closer to $40 with each of these tables being very well priced!
