My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

remote does not work for 7" candle

changed the battery, still doesn't work - no instructions included with product

    Make sure you have the polarity of the batteries right. Often times this is the problem. Otherwise you have a defective candle. I have 9 of the original ones before the remote was available. That are perfect.
