The upper
leaf photo could likely be damage from the spider mites observed. You must have
a severe infestation to produce that damage. In hot dry weather they will
become a severe problem to all your plants if not corrected.

Is the
bottom photo a leaf on the same plant? It may show virus infection but more
likely is a bacterial leaf problem. I cannot add much about that just from the
photo.

If it's only on old leaves, it is not a virus.

Some years my cannas get RUST which is a fungal disease. Applying sprays for funguses early then ever other week can control it. I add liquid 7 dust to my mixture & control leaf rollers & rust in the same application.
