Hi! The condo has a rather awkward layout - narrow hallway, narrow living area, awkward spot for dining.

Can't easily move the TV to another spot as it will be quite costly to re-wire. And exposed wires are just ugly. So I used it as starting point to determine the layout of the rest of the space.

Ideally there is a space to more comfortably watch TV.

Have three layout ideas here. Your thoughts are much appreciated.
