Hi,

I'm new to this forum, but I absolutely love bees!! I want to build a large bee condo with pallets, etc. But I realize I have to clean the bee hotels out and keep the cocoons in my fridge.

I'll come back here and read everything to help me.

But what I'm worrying about before I start is ants. We have a lot of small ants everywhere in our yard. Will the ants bother/eat the bee larvae?? If so, then I'll abandon the idea of bees, cause I don't want to put poison down for the ants.
