Master Bathroom

We are updating our master bath. We are putting in a double sink vanity, unfortunately, one of the sinks will be under a window. Any suggestions on how to, where to put the mirror?

I would work hard to come up with a different layout that doesn't put the vanity on a window wall. All "solutions" to this will be awkward to live with. There has to be a better way -- if you want to draw a floorplan for the room (with windows, doors, and any major plumbing), we might be able to suggest something you hadn't considered.

Posting a photo of the vanity area would help for the best specific idea based on seeing the dimensions and overall style.

If you do a search for mirror in front of windows, you'll get a lot of options. Now, since here you have just one mirror that comes in front of the window, it will probably not look as great since there is no symmetry.

I agree with acm. I have seen mirrors hung in front of a window, but your window is too high to try this, and with another sink in the vanity it would never balance.

I would install two individual vertical framed mirrors hanging from rods in a track placed near the ceiling that is deep enough to clear the window trim. When not in use the mirrors can be slid to the middle between the sinks and, when in use, one can be slid above each sink.
