Roots look good..lots of yellow leaves is a sign of bad roots.Just re-pot them in new medium,water,place in bright indirect light,preferably outside and forget about them for a few weeks! lol Some roots will change color from the type of nutes you use. For example a good does of humic acid in my medium will turn my roots a nice brown color for a while,but the roots are perfectly healthy
