This is quite surprising! BTW....I'm pretty sure Maida added the "So it is buyer beware". I didn't see that on the RC FAQ page! Who writes these policies?

RC has never consulted me before a mislabeled bulb was sent and I receive a couple every year in my very large orders. They have been one of the better sellers over the past 10 years that I have bought from them. If a seller won't stand behind what they sell, then the buyer will need to find a source that will. Of course, when RC offers bulbs that are available no where else, many of us will be tempted.

Yes I added the buyer beware. Most US sellers try to make their order right. Looks like RC will no longer do that.

Not much in their new catalog so the new policy change does not mean much.
