My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I would like to order the 72" gray distressed wood. I will place the order today, they are wanting to start laying the stone on the fireplace in about a week. Thanks.

    The masons will place 1/2" rod for mantel supports and will not need the mantel until the stone work is done. Let us know how far apart they are setting the rods and we can drill the backside holes for you. I have attached a photo of a shade of gray - let me know if that is what you are looking for?
