This Sage plant is old and huge. How can I revive it?

Zone 6A. It almost looks like a tree. I had a crop of light purple, four-petaled flowers earlier this summer, and another re-bloom last week.

1. Should I cut off the dry flowers to prompt it to keep re-growing?

2. I have read that sometimes after a few years, these just need to be replaced. Should I do that with this plant, or take a cutting and re-start that way?

3. Alternatively, is it fine as is? Any tips to rejuvenate it?

Plant receives full sun. Thanks!!
