You bet! Make sure they are sanded well and definitely use a good primer or paint will not adhere well. Also make sure you allow about two to three weeks for paint to cure. Acrylic paint today takes even longer to absolutely dry. It will feel dry to the touch but remains soft for quite some time so placing heavy items on shelves could damage the paint coat. You can restock the cabinets most likely in 3 days , but be very aware not to slide items and nothing heavy for a bit.
