The classic seems a bit dated

Bold door colors are all the rage right now. Which bold color your choose would greatly depend on what the whole front of the house looks like.

I don't think the classic is very classic: it's a colonial revival overdoor with a neo-Victorian door that has its origins in the 1980s. By default I pick A.

I surprised myself by liking B since I like color a lot.

I generally like classic, but that classic is really unattractive and reminds me of something my parents would have thought was cool in the late 70's or early 80's.

B, very similar to my main door even windows.. but much larger.

Put that orange color to B and see then. B does not have to be a stained door! B look is more southern and eastern states. Give a changed look!
