Grover is right as usual. You want the piano on an interior wall so that it experiences fewer temperature and humidity changes--this will help it hold its tune longer and also help keep the many wooden parts from expanding and contracting (and sticking). Then you want the bell (where it opens) facing into your room so you enjoy the best sound. If you've made the investment in a fine instrument you might also ask your technician about a DampChaser (TM) or other humidity control system. I had mine installed years ago, around $800, definitely protects your lovely piano. Beautiful room!
