I've been using my Ikon for about a week now, and I can't find one thing about it not to like! How did I survive all these years with a divided sink? What I like the most about it is that it never looks dirty; I have to remember to wash it out! It is also much quieter than my previous cast iron sink. I have the Blanco 3 in 1 basket strainer and the Blanco shelf, and highly recommend both.

I'm wondering what size cabinet you put your sink on? It calls for a 33" cabinet for the 30" sink and I'm wondering if that really is necessary. I'm not a fan of the extra cabinet on the sides of the sink in the pictures on their website.

I'm considering this sink for our new custom home because I really love my dark brown Blanco sink in our current house, but prefer the look of a white apron front. We have a double basin now and I'm not sure I'd like a single since we use one side for dishwater to do pots and pans. Any opinions? I really wish there was a two basin option.

I replace sinks for a living. Virtually no one want two bowls any more.

I beat a white Blanco undermount to death several months ago and replaced it with stainless steel; the woman hated it.

If you can wait a hundred days, you can have a Kohler Whitehaven in cast iron.

I really like my Banco Ikon sink. It is easy to clean, looks great, and doesn't feel delicate. One thing to note is that it is not bright white like porcelain. The silgrant material makes it a more matted muted white.

sjh53 Are you still happy with your sink? I'm looking at buying the same one for my remodel but I've read some stories about the white finish being difficult to keep clean.
