Help with weed identification

I had a section of a bed that I wanted to grow some Marigolds so I threw down some seeds. I was excited they came in really thick until I figured out that wasn't the Marigolds, instead I have a thick bunch of these:
Trying to figure out what they are before I get rid of them. Here is a close image of one:
