Something closer to beige. I actually think he should repaint it since it is not the color you requested. Has he painted the Silver Satin yet?

Try Valspar's Ultra White! It's what I use in my house and it is a pure, cool white with no undertones.

There are many times when these sort of 'mistakes' happen for the best. Perhaps a warm palette would work better in your space. Imo, the greys are really overdone; and, in many cases, all the grey that people are putting in their homes is not helping them. A lot of people showing up here on Houzz with 'grey problems'. I understand people wanting cool colors and neutrals in their spaces - and sometimes it can work; but oftentimes it just creates a really lackluster environment. And there is not a lot that one can do to compensate for this, décor wise, when the grey is all over the walls - everywhere.

But if you are set on this palette - and don't think a warmer palette could be of benefit, at all - then this painter should do it again - or I would go with another painter.

Color matching to a different manufacturer can be a problem due to proprietary formulas. Did you specify the brand of paint before he started? If you specified Benjamin Moore and he used a different brand without your approval, then it is on him. If you just relied on his "expertise" then it's on you. Maybe you could use the same color as the trim on the walls to avoid the color clash.
