Adding or moving a toilet is probably the most expensive and difficult change to make in a bathroom. It needs to be properly connected to the waste line, and if done improperly the toilet will not function. I've never moved a toilet in any bathroom renovation for this reason.

Once you know where you want the toilet to go, contact a licensed, reputable plumber and he/she should be able to tell you if it is feasible.
