My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what have you done under the large tree? we have a magnolia in the front yard with a lot of shade- need to rake often- love the dymnondia but were you able to have it grow under the tree?

    Sorry for the belated reply! We did not have the Dymondia planted close to the trunk of the tree, we avoided the areas that are very shady. Dymondia does need full sun to thrive well and fill in! But can take a little shade.
